FLAT Rs100 is charged as shipping on all domestic orders.

For orders within India

• We process all orders within 1-3 business days. 
• All products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days.
• We DO NOT offer cash on delivery.
• In cases where we face challenges in processing your order, we will make sure you are informed about the same.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns only in case you have received a damaged product or the product is a different product than what your ordered.
• All our products are thoroughly checked before packing. But in an unlikely case where you receive a damaged product, please contact us on +91 9321546017 within 24 hours . 
• We will send you an exchange and in case the same product is not available we shall refund the amount to your bank account.
• Below cases do not qualify as a DEFECT:

• Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
• If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.
