Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it's shipped. In that case you , will get a coupon code of equivalent amount. Validity of the coupon code will be 6 months.
We don't entertain cancellations post the product is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only in case you have received a damaged product or the product is a differentproduct than what your ordered.
All our products are thoroughly checked before packing. But in an unlikely case where you receive a damaged product, please contact us on +919321546017 within 24 hours .
In case your product qualifies as a defective product we will arrange for a reverse pick up and refund your money.

Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.
